<strong>subject<\/strong> of a sentence to a <strong>word or phrase<\/strong> that gives more information about the subject.<br>It does <strong>not show action<\/strong>. <strong>predicate noun<\/strong> (or <strong>predicate nominative<\/strong>) is a <strong>noun or pronoun<\/strong> that follows a linking verb and <strong>renames<\/strong> or <strong>identifies<\/strong> the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde0 <strong>Formula:<\/strong><br><strong>Subject + Linking Verb + Predicate Noun<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcd8 1:<\/strong> Find the verb in the sentence.<br>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Check if the verb shows <strong>action<\/strong> or just <strong>links<\/strong> the subject to
