What is a Ratio?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>A ratio is a way to compare two quantities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It tells you how much of one thing there is compared to another.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ratio of two numbers can be written in three forms:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A to B<\/strong> (e.g., 3:4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\/B<\/strong> (e.g., 3\/4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A is to B<\/strong> (e.g., 3 is to 4)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-45545334e1efc76ec038d5607ff6cd63\" style=\"color:#000060\"><strong>2.
